Price an Elementor website by estimating your hours from the number of pages and features, multiplying by your hourly rate, then adding the yearly running costs separately: domain, hosting and Elementor Pro (₨799 a year through AI Web Tools). Quote the one-time build and the yearly costs as two lines so the client understands what they pay again next year.
A method that works
- List the pages and features: forms, shop, listings, booking, languages.
- Estimate hours per item from your own past projects, and add time for revisions, content entry and testing.
- Multiply by your hourly rate. Do not price below the hours; underpricing is how freelancers burn out.
- Add the yearly costs as a separate line: domain, hosting, Elementor Pro, and maintenance if you offer it.
- Write the scope down: number of pages, rounds of revisions, what is not included.
Yearly costs to pass through
- Elementor Pro: ₨799 per site per year through AI Web Tools, ₨599 each for 10 or more sites. See Elementor Pro for freelancers.
- Domain and hosting: check current prices with your provider.
- Maintenance: offer it yourself or point the client to a plan such as Pro + Care at ₨2,999 a year.
Things that change the price a lot
- WooCommerce with many products and variations.
- Content the client has not written yet; writing it is a separate job.
- Custom features that need a developer rather than Elementor.
- Urgent deadlines.
