The agency maths
Buying one Elementor Essential plan per client site costs $60 a year each, which is about ₨16,800 at ₨280 per dollar, or roughly ₨168,000 a year for ten sites. Elementor's own multi-site tiers bring the per-site figure down, but they are still billed in dollars to a card, and the yearly renewal lands on you whether or not the client has paid.
Through AI Web Tools, ten or more sites are ₨599 each per year, so ten client sites cost ₨5,990 a year and every site gets the genuine plugin with updates from Elementor. You pay in rupees by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, and you pass the cost to the client however you like.
How agencies work with us
- Send us your list of domains on WhatsApp, with a note of which are live and which are still in development.
- For each site, install the "Temporary Login Without Password" plugin, create a 24-hour administrator link and send it to us. We activate that site and confirm with a screenshot.
- We keep the list with each site's activation date. Fifteen days before a site's 12 months end, we message you to renew it for the next year.
- If a client site moves to a new domain during the year, tell us and we move the activation once.
Nothing else changes in your workflow. You keep building on the free plugin until the day you need Pro, and the activation takes about an hour during 10am–10pm PKT.
What to tell your clients
Say it plainly, because it is true and it protects you later: "Elementor Pro on your site is activated under our supplier's Elementor agency subscription. You get the genuine plugin and updates from Elementor for 12 months. You do not get your own Elementor account or license key; if you ever want that, you can buy directly from Elementor and we will reconnect the site."
Clients who need to own every license themselves, for example companies with procurement rules, should buy from Elementor. For everyone else the activation is invisible to visitors; inside WordPress the license screen simply shows Pro as active.
Who owns what
- The pages, templates, kits and content belong to the client, as always. They are stored on the client's site, not with us.
- The activation is tied to AI Web Tools' subscription for 12 months from the day we connect it.
- If a client leaves your agency, the activation stays on their site until its year ends. After that they can renew with us directly for ₨799 or buy their own license from Elementor.
- The activation does not give us access to client content. Once the temporary login expires, we cannot log in to the site.
