Refunds and renewals: what happens before, during and after the 12 months

The refund rule

You pay ₨799, we try to activate Pro on your site. If we cannot, for any reason on our side or on your host's side that cannot be fixed, we refund the full amount. That is the rule as stated on our home page, and it is the whole rule.

Situations it does not cover, such as changing your mind after Pro is active, are handled case by case on WhatsApp. We will not promise something here that we have not thought through for your case.

How renewal works

1. Your activation date is recorded when we send you the confirmation screenshot.
2. Fifteen days before the 12 months end, we message you on WhatsApp.
3. You pay ₨799 and send the screenshot. No new login is needed; the site stays connected and we extend it for another year.
4. If we do not hear from you, the site is removed from our subscription when its year ends.

We cannot charge you automatically and do not want to. Every renewal is a payment you make on purpose.

What an expired site looks like

Elementor Pro stays installed and every page keeps working exactly as built; visitors notice nothing. In WordPress you see a license notice, Pro updates stop appearing, and the Pro template library will not import. Activate again at any time and all of that comes back. Nothing is deleted by expiry.

Moving an activation to another site

Each activation is for one website. If that site moves to a new domain, or you built on a staging domain and are going live, tell us and we move the activation once during the year. Moving it every few months is not what the ₨799 covers.

Price changes

Renewal is at the price in force at renewal time, which today is ₨799. If that ever changes, the reminder message will say so before you pay. Elementor's own prices and refund terms apply to licenses bought from Elementor, not to an AI Web Tools activation, and are published on their site.
