What a property website has to do
Show listings as cards with a photo, price, size and location; open each one on its own page with a gallery and details; let buyers filter by city, society and type; and get the enquiry to the dealer's phone within seconds. The free Elementor plugin can design static pages, but it cannot repeat a layout for every listing or filter them. That is the Loop Builder, dynamic tags and the Taxonomy Filter widget in Pro.
How Pro builds it, honestly
Elementor Pro does not create a "Property" post type or the fields for price and size. Those come from a free custom-post-type plugin and a free custom-fields plugin, which take about an hour to set up. Once they exist, Pro does the visible work: the Loop Builder designs the card and the single-property template with dynamic tags, the Loop Grid repeats it, the Taxonomy Filter adds the filter bar, and the Form widget handles enquiries.
Price-range sliders, saved searches and agent logins are beyond Pro; they need a dedicated real-estate plugin. For most dealers in Pakistan, listings plus filters plus a WhatsApp button is the whole job.
Fields that matter in Pakistan
- Size in marla, kanal or square feet, as a number field so it can be sorted.
- Society and phase or block as taxonomies, for example DHA Phase 6 or Bahria Town Sector C, so they can be filtered.
- Status: for sale, for rent, sold, plus "possession" or "file" for plots.
- Price as a number with a currency label, and a "price on request" option.
A build plan
- Install WordPress, the free Elementor plugin, a custom-post-type plugin and a custom-fields plugin. Create the Property post type and its fields.
- Add ten real listings with compressed photos.
- Order Pro from AI Web Tools and share a temporary login; we activate it in about an hour during working hours.
- Build the property card in the Loop Builder, place a Loop Grid with a Taxonomy Filter on the listings page.
- Build the single-property template with gallery, details, map and an enquiry form that redirects to WhatsApp.
