What patients look for
Which doctors sit on which days, the timings, the location and a number to call. Then the services, the fee for a consultation if you publish it, and a way to request an appointment without waiting on hold. Free Elementor can lay out the pages, but the appointment form and the repeated doctor profiles are Pro features, and the header with the emergency number on every page comes from Pro's Theme Builder.
Appointments, honestly
The Pro form collects a name, phone number, chosen doctor and preferred date and time, emails reception and can redirect the patient to WhatsApp. Confirming the slot is still a human job. A real-time calendar that shows free slots and blocks double bookings is a separate booking plugin or service, and worth it only for clinics with several doctors and a dedicated receptionist.
Keep patient data minimal
- Ask for name, phone, doctor and preferred time. Do not ask for symptoms, reports or medical history in a web form.
- Form entries sit in your WordPress database and in email. Use HTTPS, give the clinic account a strong password, and delete old entries every month.
- Elementor Pro is a page builder, not a medical records system. Keep records in the system you already use.
A build plan
- Pages: Home, Doctors, Services, Appointment, Contact. Add Departments if you are a hospital.
- Collect each doctor's photo, qualification, department and timings in a sheet before you start.
- Order Pro from AI Web Tools; activation takes about an hour during 10am–10pm PKT.
- Build the doctor card in the Loop Builder and place a Loop Grid with a department filter on the Doctors page.
- Build the appointment form, test it from a phone, and set the header's emergency number in Theme Builder.
