If you inherited a WPBakery site
Keep it running if it works, update the bundled version through the theme, and plan a rebuild when the design needs a refresh. Switching builders always means rebuilding layouts; budget for it rather than hoping for a converter.
Picking for a new site
For most freelancers and small businesses in Pakistan, Elementor is the practical choice because of the tutorials, talent and client familiarity. See Elementor vs Divi vs Bricks for the other two big options.
