Short answer
Build a school admission enquiry form with Elementor Pro's Form widget: parent name, phone, email, student name, class applying for, and an optional file upload for a previous result. Send it to the admissions email, save submissions in WordPress, and show a clear next step such as 'the office will call you within two working days'. Keep it to one screen on a phone.
Fields that matter
- Parent or guardian name and phone (required).
- Student name, date of birth and class applying for.
- Previous school (optional).
- File upload for the last result card (optional, limited to images or PDF).
Ask for documents like the B-form at the office visit, not online.
Actions and follow-up
- Email to the admissions inbox; Reply-To set to the parent's email.
- Collect Submissions, so entries are kept even if email fails.
- Redirect to a thank-you page with the fee structure link and visiting hours.
Season by season
