Short answer
Build a clinic appointment form with Elementor Pro's Form widget: fields for name, phone, doctor (a select list), preferred date and preferred time, an Email action to reception, Collect Submissions as a backup, and a Redirect to a thank-you page or a WhatsApp chat. Ask for the minimum: no symptoms or medical history in a web form. Reception confirms the slot by phone.
The form
- Fields: Name, Phone (tel), Doctor (select), Preferred date (date), Preferred time (select: morning, afternoon, evening), optional Message.
- Actions After Submit: Email (to reception), Collect Submissions, Redirect.
- Success message: "We will call you to confirm your appointment."
- Test from a phone and check the email arrives. See if emails go missing.
Doctor profiles that feed it
List doctors with a Loop Grid so patients see timings before they book. See Loop Grid. A "Book with this doctor" button on each card can link to the form with a note of the doctor's name.
Patient privacy
- Collect only what the appointment needs.
- Use HTTPS and strong passwords for anyone who can see submissions.
- Delete old submissions regularly.
