When Elementor form emails do not arrive, the form usually worked and the email was lost on the way, because WordPress sends mail through the server's basic mail function, which many inboxes treat as spam. The fix is to send through a real mail service with an SMTP plugin, use a From address on your own domain, and set up SPF and DKIM records. Turn on Collect Submissions so no lead is lost meanwhile.
Check that the form worked
Add the Collect Submissions action and submit a test. If the entry appears under Elementor › Submissions, the form is fine and the problem is delivery. If it does not appear, look for a JavaScript error or a security plugin blocking the request.
Fix delivery
- Install an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP and connect it to a mail service: your domain's email host, Google Workspace, or a transactional mail provider.
- In the form's Email action, set the From address to one on your own domain, such as info@yourdomain.pk, and keep Reply-To as the visitor's email field.
- Ask your domain or email host for the SPF and DKIM records and add them to DNS.
- Send the SMTP plugin's test email, then submit the form again.
Still nothing?
- Check spam and the Promotions tab.
- Make sure the To address is spelled correctly and is not the same address used as From on some hosts.
- Ask your host whether outgoing mail ports are blocked.
