If Elementor Pro shows as not connected, the usual causes are a site address that changed (http to https, www to non-www, or a new domain), a host that blocks the site from talking to Elementor's servers, a second or modified copy of Pro installed, or an expired subscription. Check Elementor › License and Settings › General first; most cases are fixed by reconnecting after the address is settled.
Check these first
- Address. Settings › General must show the final address, with https and the right www choice. A connection made under another address may need to be refreshed.
- Outbound connections. Some cheap hosts or security plugins block requests from your site to outside servers. Ask the host to allow them.
- One genuine copy. Delete any other Elementor Pro folder, especially a nulled one; two copies conflict.
- Expiry. If the subscription period ended, the license screen says so. See what expiry means.
If AI Web Tools activated your site
The connection is to our subscription, so you cannot reconnect it yourself. Send a screenshot of Elementor › License and your site address on WhatsApp. If the site moved domain, we move the activation once during the year; if a temporary login is needed, we will ask for a new one.
If you hold your own license
Disconnect and connect again from Elementor › License, logging in to your Elementor account. If it still fails, Elementor's support can see your account's site list.
