To send Elementor Pro form entries to Google Sheets for free, create a sheet, add a short Google Apps Script that appends each request as a row, deploy it as a web app, and paste its URL into the form's Webhook action under Actions After Submit. Elementor then posts every submission to the script, which writes it to the sheet. Keep Email and Collect Submissions on as a backup.
Step by step
- Create a Google Sheet with a tab named
Leadsand headers such as Date, Name, Phone, Message. - Open Extensions › Apps Script and paste the script below.
- Deploy › New deployment › Web app; execute as yourself; choose who can access it so Elementor's request is accepted (usually "Anyone"). Copy the web app URL.
- In Elementor, edit the form, add the Webhook action, and paste the URL.
- Submit a test entry and check the sheet.
The script
Field names in the request follow your form's field labels or IDs; match them to what you see in a test submission.
function doPost(e) {
var sheet = SpreadsheetApp.getActive().getSheetByName('Leads');
var p = e.parameter;
sheet.appendRow([new Date(), p['Name'], p['Phone'], p['Message']]);
return ContentService.createTextOutput('ok');
}
Good practice
- Anyone with the web app URL can post rows, so do not publish it; it lives only in your form settings.
- Keep the Email action too; see if emails go missing.
- For WhatsApp follow-up, combine with a redirect; see form to WhatsApp.
